Martin Casey, Principal [martin AT praxisis DOT com]
Martin brings ten years of experience in the management and development of technology projects to Praxis's portfolio of expertise. From Billboard to The Economist, he has helped to shape the systems behind some of the most widely accessed properties on the web.
On emigrating to Europe, he was instrumental in the development of a successful usability practice for a French Research and Development firm and later served as Principal and Technical Director to an English e-learning consultancy.
Martin holds a BS from Georgetown University, an MA from King's College, London and an MBA from ESSEC, Paris. Clients typically engage his services in projects requiring application development, systems integration or usability review.
Jonathan Bownds, Principal [jon AT praxisis DOT com]
Jonathan attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison and graduated with a degree in neuropsychology, spending a good portion of his time in research labs with a focus on the neurophysiology of behavior.
Moving to Austin, TX in 1998 Jonathan began his work with computers, focusing on networking and network security, project management and software development. He has managed projects in a variety of environments, written in a variety of languages.
Notable projects include the integration of disparate ERP systems under a custom intranet in a three month timeframe and the development of several intranet / information management frameworks from the ground up.
